Tallyy for Mac is a paid application published by NYRAI LLC and sold through Gumroad. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Tallyy on Mac computers you own or control. Your license key is personal to you — please don't share, resell, or publish it. NYRAI LLC retains all rights in the app itself.
Tallyy is a one-time purchase ($4.99 USD via Gumroad). There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. One purchase unlocks the whole app, including free updates. Payment, receipts, and refunds are handled by Gumroad under its terms; to request a refund, contact us at hello@nyrai.ai or use Gumroad's refund process. Refunds are provided at our discretion and as required by applicable law.
The optional "Describe it" feature drafts invoices from a short note you type. It uses your own Anthropic (Claude) API key, which you add in the app's Settings. When you use it, your note is sent directly from your Mac to Anthropic under your own Anthropic account — it is not sent to or stored by NYRAI LLC. Your use of Anthropic's API is governed by Anthropic's terms and privacy policy, and Anthropic bills you for usage. Template invoicing does not use AI and needs no key.
AI-generated drafts may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing every invoice for accuracy — amounts, taxes, dates, and client details — before you send it. Tallyy is a drafting tool, not accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Your company profile, clients, invoices, and line items are stored only on your Mac. NYRAI LLC does not operate a server for Tallyy for Mac and does not receive or store your invoice content. See our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the invoices you create and send and for having the right to bill the recipients. Do not use Tallyy for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or circumvent its licensing.
Tallyy is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
